I grew up in a small borough outside of Philadelphia, PA. I am a proud husband, brother, and son to a great family. My family was a very blue collar family and worked very hard in the flooring industry to make a living in this great country. Those fundamental blue collar morals and values are what helps me go to battle for you in this volatile real estate industry. I began as a post closer in a filing room at GMAC and progressively worked my way towards being the principal broker of my own mortgage brokerage firm. I have been a mortgage broker for over 14 years in addition to the last 5 years in real estate and property management. Along with originating mortgages, I started to help people buy, list, sell, and now evaluate homes in the Northeast Florida area. The immediate assistance is on short sale/pre-foreclosure negotiations, with large or small banks, non short sale seller owned properties, and property e-valuations in Duval, Clay, St. Johns, and Nassau Counties(selected areas).
